Dear parents, below you can find a simple healthy ice cream recipe that you can try with your children. All you need is:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 frozen peach
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- crushed almonds
The children can help you by chopping the fruits. For safety reasons, you can use a plastic knife so that the children wont hurt.
To make this ice-cream, all you have to do is:
- Chop the bananas and peach. Put them in a plastic bag or container and place in the freezer until frozen.
- Once frozen, place the fruits and coconut milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture in a container and top with the crushed almonds.
- Put in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes in the freezer, Scoop out and Enjoy!
